Publication by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) outlining maximum levels of certain hazardous chemicals for electrical products which have the potential to become hazardous e-waste.  The document outlines a wide range of products which may contain unsafe levels of lead, mercury, chromium, and other hazardous elements if not manufactured, stored, and disposed of properly. It outlines appropriate procedures for the testing and disposal of e-waste products, along with outlining safe levels of elements and by-products which may be injurious to human health.
