State action plan for climate change for the state of Goa

This State Action Plan for Climate Change (SAPCC) document outlines Goa’s strategic approach to addressing climate change impacts and vulnerabilities. The report also acknowledges the importance of local participation and includes Annexes to recognise contributors, proposed waste treatment facilities, water supply schemes, and other important data.
